Outreach Officer

We’re seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, responsible, dynamic, conscientious, relationship-oriented and resourceful individual to join us at this exciting juncture as our Outreach Officer. As an Outreach Officer at Accidental Theatre, you will play a key role in connecting the organisation with diverse communities, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring that our creative programmes are accessible, inclusive, and impactful.

Volunteers

If you’re interested in any form of live arts, video production or live streaming the regular events at Accidental give you the chance to develop your skills, meet artists, technicians and community groups.

FOH Staff

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team and help deliver a welcoming and safe experience for audiences and artists. As the first point of contact for visitors to Accidental Theatre, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and that everyone feels at home in our space.

Artists

Artist Residencies

A two-week residency offering early-career artists dedicated space, time and resources to develop their craft or creative project. Hosted at Accidental in Belfast and An Grianán Theatre in Letterkenny. 

Technical Placements

An open call-out for technicians to take part in placements and exchanges with the in-house technical teams at Accidental in Belfast or An Grianán Theatre in Letterkenny. Placements are tailored to the individual - from shadowing an experienced team on a live production, to getting hands-on with a specific project, to cross-training in a new skill area.

Talk to the Professionals

Accidental’s Talk to the Professionals Programme empowers artists and technicians to thrive within today’s fast-changing creative industries. As digital innovation, hybrid performance models, and new production technologies reshape how work is made and shared, creative practitioners need future-focused skills that combine technical capability with bold artistic thinking.

Scratch Nights

We're always looking to support performers or groups who are interested in testing out their own new and experimental theatre.

Cosmic Jam

Cosmic Jam is an experimental open mic with a full backline of instruments and mics – you can bring your own or use the house equipment. Join us.

Writers Circle
