Part listening session, part personal archive and part live show, the pair trace the sounds that have shaped a generation while sharing stories from Miyagee’s life as an artist making music within the culture.

Vein of Folly 2 is Miyagee and Eulogy Beats’ exploration of the evolution of UK hip hop — a project built from a lifetime of listening, absorbing and eventually contributing to the culture.
Rather than treating UK hip hop as a fixed sound, the project moves through its shifting textures, rhythms and possibilities, reflecting on how dramatically the music has developed and how those changes have shaped Miyagee as an artist.
The Sound of Belfast event expands that idea beyond the album. A curated listening experience will take audiences through selected moments from Vein of Folly 2, with Miyagee unpacking the sounds and ideas behind the music alongside stories from his own journey as someone who has grown up with UK hip hop and now makes it himself.
Eulogy Beats, Miyagee’s collaborator across Vein of Folly 2, is central to that musical exploration. Together, they use the project to examine where the sound has been, where it has arrived and the possibilities still sitting ahead of it.
The listening session will lead into a live Miyagee performance, bringing the project's ideas out of the speakers and into the room.
Part listening party, part personal reflection and part live experience, Vein of Folly 2 is a snapshot of UK hip hop in motion — seen through the ears, memories and music of two artists helping shape its next chapter.
