Writers-to-Watch Digital Showcase
The Accidental Writers-to-Watch Digital Showcase offers early-career writers, selected for the showcase, the opportunity to show publishers, funders and agents that they are someone to get behind. Why? Because we understand the journey towards publication is a lengthy one, and that there are many significant milestones along the way. We appreciate that it’s important having work endorsed prior to the elusive publication, and how few opportunities that exist to get feedback.
Notes on applying to the Digital Writers-to-Watch Showcase
Submissions are welcome from any style, or genre— except horror and poetry. We particularly welcome experimental work that pushes the boundaries of form and creativity.
Submissions must be no longer than 1,500 words, double-spaced, and presented in a readable font.
In addition to your piece, we ask that you provide insight into the inspiration behind your work, or a note about your journey in writing / developing it.
Submissions must include a short bio (100 words).
To apply applicants must complete the form, pay the small processing fee and then submit their work HERE as a .pdf or .doc
