No dance experience necessary!
Every Thursday from 6pm to 7pm starting Thursday 27th August.

Going to the Gym? No way - come Swing Dancing!
A 60+ Swing Dance Class, where laughter is just as important as the dance steps. This class is for you whether you've never danced before or it's been years since you stepped on the dance floor!
The team of teachers who work with Swing Belfast work with people of all ages and know how to make learning enjoyable and relaxed. You’ll learn in a friendly environment where everyone is supported to get the most out of classes.
Swing dancing is a fantastic way to improve balance, coordination, fitness and confidence - in fact science says it's one of the best activities for keeping both your body AND your brain active! And we guarantee it’s more fun than the gym!
Love of swing is catching – you’ll find you're listening to tunes more often, your feet'll be tapping and your brain will be smiling! Yupe, your brain will do that! Plus, our dancers will tell you it’s as much about the community as it is the dancing – you'd be hard pressed to find as warm a dance welcome anywhere else in Belfast.

What are you waiting for - come join us! And make sure you bring:
Comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Shoes with smooth soles or that don't have too much grip (to make turning easier).
A water bottle to stay hydrated.
No experience, no partner – no problem! Bring yourself and your enthusiasm and just have a go! You’ll discover it’s impossible to swing dance without a smile on your face.

Disabled Access: Theatre (ground floor) is fully accessible. Toilets (1st & 2nd floor) and Rehearsal Room (2nd floor) are accessible via a wheelchair platform lift. Carer tickets available.
