Handmade Music

Handmade Music is a brand-new experimental music night specially curated to feature an amazing mix of well-known artists, lesser-known artists, and surprise guests! All performing music from the edges of their craft.

You’ll hear ‘never-before-heard’ music, and music that may never be heard again.

Join the Handmade Music community in-person or online on the first Thursday of each month as we create this space for experimental/improvised music to exist…and seeing what comes out the other side.

Hope to see you there!

The Line-Ups!

Eternal Triangle

Approx. 35-40 min set

Trevor Watts – Saxophones/ Composer

Veryan Weston – Nord Electric Keyboard

Jamie Harris – Congas/ Percussion

Eternal Triangle plays the music of legendary alto and soprano saxophonist Trevor Watts – a founding member of the Spontaneous Music Ensemble.

The trio is formed of two separate duos – Trevor and Veryan Weston first combined in the 1980s project ‘Moire Music’ and have explored a long-lasting musical dialogue ever since. Jamie Harris (percussion) entered the fold via his work on Trevor’s ‘Celebration Band’ in the early 2000s.

Eternal Triangle’s compositions are inspired by a deep interest in the rhythmic structures of Africa and South America as well as jazz and European musical form. Every performance from the trio throws fresh light on these pieces with each element of the trio supporting each other – much like the strength of a triangle. This is music with a depth that is both expansive and honest.

We are delighted to welcome Eternal Triangle to Handmade Music for an extended set.
