EXPERIMENTAL SEries
Calling All Experimental Writers!
The Experimental Series is a space dedicated to writers who are pushing the boundaries of form and storytelling.
We understand that experimenting with form can be daunting. There’s often pressure to stick to traditional methods, but not every story fits neatly into those boxes—and trying to force it can hold your work back. That’s why having a supportive community that celebrates creativity and innovation can be a game changer for writers willing to take risks.
From April to August, this series will offer a number of sessions designed to bring experimental writers together. These sessions will provide a space for these writers to review work with peers, bring questions to the group to address the unique challenges that arise, connect with a community of like-minded writers, and perhaps even find their voice.
Exclusively for experimental writers, the sessions will take place once a month from April to August on the first Sunday of every calendar month at 4-6pm. There’s a nominal fee to help cover basic operational costs of the series. Subsidised places are available for individuals on low income.
