Improv acts from as far afield as Beijing and and as close to home as Dublin will be performing their unique form of comedy over the course of four evenings (1-4th August).

Belfast Improv Festival

Improv Comedy was introduced to mainstream audiences in the UK and Ireland through the hit TV series ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway?’, in which improvisers delivered laugh-a-minute sketches all made up on the spot. We’ll have plenty of that during the festival, as well as longer forms of improvisation, including:

Musical comedy – An improvised Heist-movie – Solo adventure stories… and much more!
