Geoff Hatt.jpg

10:45pm

Geoff Hatt and the Rockpool Band

Geoff Hatt loves variety and his music reflects this ("from du-wop to surf-rock, and all viewed through Monty Python tinted glasses" Alternative Ulster).

2015 is the 10 year anniversary of his psychedelic musical Hippos in the Shower ("takes surrealism to an extraordinary end" Mike Cato, BBC Radio Ulster).  Since staging this cult show in Belfast and Edinburgh Geoff has released 2 critically acclaimed albums, Ten Year Road and last year's It's All Going On ("Unashamedly uplifting" Culture NI).

To celebrate 10 years of Hippos, Geoff and his trusty Rockpool Band have a rocking new show, which debuted at the Sligo 'Bright side of Life' comedy festival in March.  Featuring songs from the musical, colourful characters and dubious material old and new, it's an "Absolute Shocker!"

Imp 2.jpg

10:45PM

The Imp by Amadan

The Imp wants to play! He looks bizarre, his face is funny and he says nothing with his mouth but a lot with his body.

He thinks the unthinkable and does the undoable but is he really that different from you?

Using the 'Je suis' motif that circled the world in the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo massacre this perverse prankster will lead you on a journey of squeamish laughter, grotesque truths and maybe some slightly uncomfortable self-discovery.
