AER Music are pleased to announce that  the 3rd instalment of their Songs & Stories nights will feature Gareth Dunlop, the Belfast native has spent the last few years traveling between the sister cities of Belfast and Nashville (TN).

The poetic vulnerability in his songs and distinctive, soulful voice has led to Gareth’s music being featured in a wide array of television shows including Bones, House, Lucifer, Switched at Birth, One Tree Hill, and NASHVILLE to name a few. His music has also been used in major motion pictures ‘Safe Haven’ & ‘Best of Me’ as well as upcoming film ‘No Postage Necessary’, which sees him make his acting debut also. His songs have been used in TV commercials for Disney, Subaru, Discover Ireland and many more. Over the years Gareth has toured in the UK and US opening for a diverse group of artists including Van Morrison, The Stereophonics, James Morrison and more. Gareth’s debut album ‘No.79’  was release on August 11th 2017.

Support on the night will be Donegal based Dean Maywood and 15 year old Ben Cutler who is part of the Forestside Artist Development Programme. Forestside Shopping Centre kindly support this series of events.

AER was formed in early 2014 by Mark Reid in memory of his daughter Amy who passed away from cancer  in February 2013 age 20.

AER are her initials Amy Ellen Reid.

Proceeds from the night will go to which supports children and young people affect by cancer and invest in the research into the disease taking place in Belfast.
